About the job:
WOSC is looking for highly motivated, energetic operating room RNs to join our team. We are an outpatient facility that works in tandem with the local hospital. There is no call or weekend work required.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with preparation of the OR for surgeries
  • Setting up surgical equipment
  • Gathering supplies and equipment for surgical cases
  • Aseptic technique opening materials
  • Assisting with OR turnover between cases
  • Promoting a safe and efficient working environment
  • Circulating during the procedure
  • Check instruments/supplies for sterility
  • Assists anesthesiologist during induction
  • Count sponges/sharps with technician
  • Assure proper care of specimens
  • Maintain sterility of field
