Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
As a courtesy to you, Washington Outpatient Surgery Center will assist with billing your insurance. To assist us with billing your insurance correctly, please bring all current insurance information and insurance card(s) with you at the time of your appointment, More Here.
